If you’re the kind who like to bask in the existence of human beings, then this might be a happy occasion for you, because no matter which house you’re in, you can definitely feel “humans” around. It’s a day which you’re least likely to get haunted (because of all the yang energy the huge amount of humans giving out, all hantus will shun away).

But for me, a person who would rather much stay at home to play WoW. This is a day of torture for me. Well yeah, a lot of people will say, “c’mon man, you’ll get the ang baos”. Yeah, that’s really the only thing that made me move my ass, in fact, I’d prefer just moving my butt to the next block (to where my big uncle is, who I like the most and give the ang bao money the most) and then just go back home to WoW. And obviously, that’s just what I want, and we do know that ideal is something that’s quite impossible to reach.

Anyway, my bro said that’s cuz I’m suffering from “WoW withdrawal symptoms”, apparently he suffered from this before a few years back. But if this is the case, I’ve always had this symptom since 10+ years ago and I doubt WoW was out then.

I was always a withdrawn human being, and I’m pretty fine with living this way, it’s just that I feel offended when I’m being told “f-ed up” for the way my life is lived. Everybody have their own styles/ways of living, you might have thought that my life is f-ed up, but to me, your life is also f-ed up. The basic courtesy you can do is keep your damn opinions to yourself and continue your own f-ed up life. I don’t need people to tell me what I’m supposed to do. You might not like how I think/behave, but neither do I like your way of living.

Anyway. I have no intentions of abandoning my blog (and I don’t think some people will allow me to), so I will still have to take some time off (WoW) to update about my life. Ever since I enter this company I’m in, I realized time moves frigging fast. I’m busy at work, so I don’t slack now, even if I do managed to find time to slack, it will only be in intervals of doing my work (which is when chatting with my friends), and now I also hardly chats to them because of all the deadlines the clients throw onto my head.

I’m not sure is it because of the weather, of my busy-ness  or whatever reasons there are which I can’t seems to identify. I grew very impatient lately. Especially when it comes to explaining things. I knew I didn’t have a good temper, but my temper is getting worse. I think I might need some anger management course. I’m quite an individualist, I like doing things, thinking things, figuring things out myself, I don’t go straight to ask people for help the first time I’m stuck with something. That might be because subconsciously I don’t really like people asking me for help either. So I think I expect people to think the same way I do. But I admit, I do have a bad temper, and I think I’m losing something in me called “Patience” haha.

Conclusion is, please bear with me if you’re going to ask me something for help, I’m trying really hard to try to curb my anger already (but I think it’s still failing) HAHA. And on a side note, I don’t like explaining / repeating myself over and over, that really makes me pissed off.

I haven’t been going to any places of interest / watching movies recently. Firstly, doesn’t seems like there’s any interesting movies lately. And I have been planning to go to Haw Par Villa for a few times already. From what I’ve remembered, it’s a total of 4 times. 2 times with Eileen / Xia, and another 2 times with LEOs. 4 times something cropped up at the last minute. You know what? Maybe I’m not destined to go to level 18th Hell after all.

I’m not really a Mission Impossible fan, I’ not even considered an action-movie lover, but I did watch the 2 recent Mission Impossible movies starring Tom Cruise in it. You people should know how shallow I am anyway wahaha.

Anyway, the show is actually pretty nice. What makes the movie really worth the movie ticket price is the 2 hours 10 minutes of playing time. I almost became an ice block inside despite my jacket covering over me. Thank god I didn’t leave my jacket in the office. The previous movie I’ve watched is the Immortals. In comparison, this movie is like really good, I’m not saying this movie sucks, and is only better as compared to the sucky Immortals. I like the storyline, at least I can’t find loop holes like I did in Immortals (the loopholes in that movie is as much as the holes in those cheese that we see in Tom & Jerry cartoon).

And, I have a thing for guys in hood / cloak. You know, like the main character in Assasin’s creed / Priest. I don’t know why but I really find the guys in the hood super super super (* 1 million times) attractive to me. I’d fall head over heels for them, I’ve still regretted not watching Priest. Sigh. This is the reason why I’ve uploaded the above picture with Tom Cruise in the hood, hoho. Can you believe it? He’s like 49 already (that seriously shocked me when I wiki-ed him). But he’s still so good looking!!!! <33333333 Yeah, I’m as shallow as shallow.

I like the fighting scenes, it’s nice and the female looks good when she’s fighting too. Occasional funny parts when the technological stuffs used by the 2 guys in the movie had faulty bugs and might have caused deaths to them.

As I was watching, I realised, I not only can’t survive in a disaster movie (as refer to the post here), I will also not be able to survive in an action movie at all.

1 ) There’s this chasing scene where the protagonist and the criminal was in a run-and-chase situation and both were running for like 10 minutes without stopping? What’s more was they were running at their full speed. Me? It’s amazing I could even run at full speed for like 1 minute. Maybe not even 10 seconds.

2 ) Bombing that occurs every now and then, I’m so oblivious to everything that’s happening around me, the protagonist realised the bombing as soon as smoke started coming out from the building and starts running. Me? Even if I DID see smoke appearing from all the windows of the building, I’d be like “oh? there’s a fire?” and have my whole body vaporized before being able to use my 10 seconds charge to run away.

In conclusion, running is a very important part of our life, you’d have to run in horror, action, disaster movies. I should go running more often.

I didn’t really wanted to watch this show. No, I wanted to but at the same time I don’t want to. I’m really quite against shows that are M18 and R21, unless it’s the you-know-what kind. I have always wanted to watch 300, because it seems like the kind of show when you’re watching, you really feel like shouting along with them, but I didn’t went to watch and have regretted since then. So I went ahead to watch this when my friend said she wanna to watch it.

I feel like, I’m watching a show that consist of a few humans and millions of jellies, with more juice, and more jelly pieces. And juices. And jelly pieces. More juices. More jelly pieces. And jellies. And juices. Juices. Jellies. Okay stop. It’s amazing how much liquids are shown in the show. If 300 was another jellies and juices show, I think it might not be worth watching it, though I am still curious.

Don’t think any of you are going to watch it anyway, so I’m going to reveal some spoilers here. There are a lot of parts of the film which don’t really make sense to me. So there’s this evil bastard who decides to kill all jellies (and gods?) because the gods didn’t answer his prayers for saving his wife and children (and nothing more was told about this anymore, we only know they’re dead). So he decided to get this random Bow thing which will be able to release a bunch of things called “Titans” which gives off the impression that these things are like some Transformers beings. If everybody in reality thinks like this guy does, I think our humanity would be bombed like 10 million times because few people actually strike 4D/Toto.

Okay, fine, let’s overlook this point and look at this other point. The Transformers-like beings are being trapped in this random mountain like just in front of the capital of Greece ( in some b.c year), in this random jail-cell like thingy, with this random pole which they are all biting in their mouths. So this jail like cell thing is square and the Transformers are standing in either 4×5 or 5×5, side by side and line by line. Have no idea why are they biting on to the pole, maybe to give off the feel that they are bound in that random place. Titans were once immortals, like the Gods, but because they were evil or what (maybe caught watching porn) and then banished into that jail cell to bite on the poles and labelled as Titans aka Transformers. So as they were saying, if Titans were released, the Gods and jellies would be in danger. Which we later find out, it’s not really the case at all, the Gods kinda seems super imba, like a Transformer that has transformed and kill off other Transformers that haven’t transformed. Then as the fight ensues, we see a few of the Gods starting to die. Then, something that’s really puzzling happened. The Zeus (leader of Gods) jumped on to the random jail cell where there are actually 2 random rope like thingies strapped on to the sides of the mountains. So what he does is, he pulled the ropes, the whole mountain collapsed, and all Transformers died.

He could have like done this 1 million years ago right? Why keep them confined within that random jail cell, forcing them to bite the pole? Weird. Some fetish, maybe. And he sacrificed like 4 other Gods while fighting the Transformers (including his daughter). Oh, and amazingly, I told you guys I saw like 4×5 and 5×4 Titans inside right. While fighting, I swear, we were shown like > 15 Transformers-jellies being killed, and yet there are still more Transformers-jellies.

I guess the reasons why I don’t really like watching gruesome shows is cuz :

• I tends to actually imagine myself in that situation and feel the fear and pain the victim at that time was feeling
• I would think what I’d do if I was in that person’s shoes and what would happen if I did what I am thinking

There’s a lot of brave people in this show who no matter what, does not succumbs to the threat of the evil bastard. The priest even slice off his own tongue just so that evil bastard would not get anything out of him. I seriously salutes this guy man. I wish war will never come, I’ll seriously feel like this goldfish being thrown into the sea filled with crocodiles, sharks and piranhas. And, don’t even talk about fighting in the war, I can’t even keep a secret man. Point a knife anywhere near my body, I’ll tell you whatever you want to know.

And when I was watching this scene where the jellies were being pounded in jelly pieces during the final war, and the protagonist was bravely chionging at the front, smashing whatever jellies and puddings that were in his way. I thought, “what if actually the puddings and jellies in front wanted to avoid him, but he just kept smashing ‘em?” “What would happen to me if I was in front of him and I BADLY want to just skip to the side?”. Then I finally came with the conclusion that I would just take that round shield thing given to me, find a spot in the corner corner, cover the shoe over my body, smear people’s blood all over myself and lie on the ground praying to Gods that nobody will notice me and for the thing to finish.

Side note : the people who have helped the protagonist ended up dead, and the oracle priestess got pregnant with his kid, but he was the only one who joined the Gods in the end. Wth?

Anyway. Point is, this show wasn’t really worth watching at all. I really curious about 300 now.

It’s the first time, ever, in my life that the thing in the middle of the toes came off the sandals I was wearing for work (not as in those male sandals that totally looked not for work, but something that looks nicer, though I wouldn’t say it’s formal either haha). Luckily I still had this buckle thingy that’s tied around my ankle, so although the thing falls off, it still stays under my feet. Trouble is, when I walk, there is this high possibility that I might bend the base part when I walk which might cause me to fall. Not sure how to explain it, but you can imagine how is it like.

Anyway, I wanted to go to my company nearby to buy a slippers that ensure my “safe” journey home and after going through a lot of trouble walking slowly with 2 of my other colleagues who offered to accompany me(so good of them haha), very slowly to the shops nearby (about 200m away), I realised that the shops are closed. Then we have to walk slowly to the MRT station again. There was about 2-3 times I nearly fall down cuz I kept bending the base.

After going into the MRT station (after going through a lot of pains and hardships), I started practising my moonwalking skills. The safest method of walking without the possibility of bending the base is to keep my right foot on the ground when I walk and just drag it along. I was making a lot of noises and walking like 30% of my normal speed. A lot of people just keep passing me and I still have to walk at the damn speed acting like it’s my normal walking speed. On top of that, I was making a lot of noise while dragging my feet along. I just kept, pretending that there’s nothing going on while I know this whole thing wasn’t okay, at all.

What I want to say is. If you want to practise moonwalking, trying getting those sandals like slippers which have that thing in the middle of the toes and a strap to strap around your ankle and then break off that thong part. It works.

Anyway, this random idea was cuz I thought it has been an uber long time I went to the zoo. And it’s been a long time since I’ve used my camera too. So to put our cameras into good use, I suggested going to the zoo and surprisingly the others agreed to it (I really thought somebody is gonna reject the idea haha).

Then, off we went. To the Zoo. Last Saturday.

The meerkats were really SUPER CUTE. So tiny. Really had the urge to bring one home man (of course not possible xD).

We don’t really like monkeys / apes a lot, so we didn’t went visits all the apes /monkeys. But this particular one caught my attention. It’s hairs are like rebonded. I think somebody helped maintaining the straight hairs. It’s like my hair after I’ve rebonded mine!

1. Supposed to buy movie tickets last Thursday for last Friday’s Puss In Boots. I totally forgot about it and almost reached my house before receiving a SMS from my friend reminding me to buy the tickets. Too late, I’m too lazy to walk all the way back to AMK hub to buy and we didn’t watch last Friday.
2. My friend asked me whether I wanna watch the movie on Tuesday or Wednesday, and I said Wednesday. I went out with another friend on Monday night and asked her to remind me to buy tickets, which she did, I went up to the counter and said, “Tomorrow, Puss In Boots”. Happily chose the timing, kept the tickets, happily walked around a while more. Just when I’ve walked out of AMK Hub, it suddenly occurred to me that we are going to watch the movie tomorrow. And we changed to watch it on Tuesday instead.
3. Supposed to meet her in AMK Hub the following day. I met my other friend in Outram Park and wanted to go Dhoby Gaut, ended up missing our station and I told her I’ll take to Serangoon. My friend told me is even further, I stubbornly thought why would it be further? My brain altered my memory in such a way I actually thought I’m meeting her in Bishan.
4. I normally took seats from Row E and F, but for the movie I took row G and we ended up a little too near to the screen.

Sigh. The sign of getting old.

Anyway, the movie was funny. I know how important trailers are, since it’s really the thing that determines whether or not it will interest people. I’m one who prefer seeing the trailer first before watching any films. There are quite a number of trailers that actually showcase most of the funny parts that are going to happen in the movie. Johnny English is one of them, so even though Johnny English is generally quite funny, it’s not as funny for people who’ve seen the trailer, because you’d already know what’s going to happen.

The worst is Frozen. Which typically summarized the whole movie into a 2 minutes trailer and that’s what’s going to happen in the movie. Puss In Boots’ trailer was okay though, it showed 1 or 2 funny parts. There were more hilarious parts in the movie.

I’ve loved Puss In Boots from when he was in Shrek, I like how it always uses its cute / innocent appearance to fool people and get his way round haha.

I think those who love animations out there can give this movie a try.

睡眠中的人儿翻转了身，额头上的疤若隐若现，浏海盖住了大部分的疤痕。“杀了他，杀了他。”叶明月在心里默念了五遍，可是高举的手迟迟没有落下。一阵夜风突然袭来，惹得叶明月一阵哆嗦，差点就要手软弄掉了手里握着的刀子。如果刀子弄掉就会伤到他了！叶明月用力甩了甩头，试图把自己弄清醒一点。“叶明月，你是要杀了他的！”眼睛不自觉又瞄向那人的脸上，才发现刚刚那阵风把他额前的浏海吹散了，整片疤痕在月光的映照下显得狰狞。叶明月看着那道疤痕，愣了愣，脑中被迫想起了上高中时意外发生的打劫。

“把钱交出来！”当叶明月在往回家的路上走着，经过一道暗巷时，听到着一声吆喝。她往暗巷的方向望去，看到一群和她穿着同一所高中校服的少年，白色上衣都没有塞进裤子里，个个头发染的五颜六色。为首的拿着棒球棒，其他的不是空手就是拿着长型的刀子，刀锋用报纸包着。那群混混都背对着她，挡住了他们要下手的对象。叶明月看不请受害者，可也知道这是什么样的情况。她不想管，拨了拨头发，叶明月继续往前走。

“我没有钱。”这声音… 叶明月直觉的停下了脚步，又往暗巷的方向瞄去。

“想要命的话就乖乖把钱交出来！”那群混混为首的又威胁。

“我真的没钱。你不信我也没办法。”那怯懦的声音又起。叶明月脑里勾勒出认识的人当中有着这一把声音的容貌。

“不给你一顿排头吃，你不把老子放在眼里！”那头子往地面吐了一口痰，唆使一名手下上前动手。

“不要啊！ ”是他！叶明月已很肯定这人是谁了！还来不及细想要怎么做时，一道拳头落在人体上的声音响起，紧接着是一道哀嚎声。

“不要！不要、打我！”又响起一阵阵的哀嚎声。

“不再前去救他就完了！”叶明月心想。她迈开双腿阔步往暗巷走去。一步、两步… “不关我的事，死了更好。没有你… 没有你… “她”或许就会对我好一点！”叶明月暗俯。本欲往暗巷走去的腿儿转了个方向，反而躲在旁边的墙后窥视着暗巷里的战局。

“还不把钱交出来！”又一拳落下。

“… 没有！”接着是一记闷响，估计又是被揍了。

“老大，这小子不想给钱！干！我这双鞋子被你这样喷了一口血，我还需要穿吗！真是找死！”

那混混头子冷笑了声，拖着身边的棒球棒往前走去。棒球棒在水泥地上刮出一道刺耳的声响。这触目惊心的场面使得叶明月开始忐忑不安，她即想要至他与死地，亦想要他能够逃过此劫，这种矛盾的想法… 毕竟血浓于水啊！

“嗤！”那混混头子高举起手里的棒球棒，状似要往他头上砸去。

“住手！”就在棒球棒要招呼到他额头上之际，一道吆喝响起。

太迟了。叶明月在她意识发生了什么事情之前，已看见那棒球棒毫不留情地往他头上砸去。只见红艳、致命的血自他额前的伤口喷泉似地流出来。叶明月恐惧地用手捂住了自己的口鼻。不知何时她已跑到了那群混混的前面，亲眼证实了那受害的便是自己所猜测的。他痛哭的跪伏在地，一手捂着额头上的伤口，一手捂着肚子，样子狼狈不堪，衣服下的伤口看不见，但是嘴里不停地吐着血水。

原来她在有意识之前便已冲到他面前，那声吆喝也是发至于她…

“惨了！这女的是从哪里来的？她是不是看到我们… ”后头的流氓看见又目击者，开始慌了。这只是一件抢劫啊！怎么变成这样？那些混混开始如鸟兽散，事情发生时没有想肝胆相照的想法。

“谁敢跑我杀了他！”果然为首的一句话制止了欲跑走的混混。

“把她一起… ”话未说完，只见那头子用右手在颈前作势划了一刀。

“我已报警了！想要杀了我们，行！看是你们动手快，能够同时杀了我们，还是那时警察到时，人证无证俱在！”叶明月冷冷地瞪着他们，其实心里是怕得要命。

俗话说恶人没胆，那几个混混互相看了几眼，便一同转身全跑了。

叶明月转身看着那倒在地上、狼狈不堪的人一眼。而那人也正回视她。叶明月盯着他额上裂开的伤口，脸上浮出一丝的愧疚，却又很快地被她藏起来。但并没有逃过他的眼里，他努力咧了咧嘴，以一贯灿烂的笑容对着叶明月说：“谢谢！你竟然冒着生命危险地冲了出来… ”

眼里货真价实的感激让叶明月愣住了。明明想害他的…只有他会以为她是真心想救他！她是能够在事情发生之前阻止任何可能的意外的！她可以！但她没有！她任由他被人狭持、任由他头破血流！她… 她刚刚根本想袖手旁观的，只有他以为她在第一时间冲出来！

叶明月回过神来，目光从床上人儿额头上的疤抽回，往下看去…本该闭目熟睡的人正双眼睁着瞧着她，双目没有一丝的迷蒙或睡意，必是盯着她看上了一段不短的时间了。

“你终究还是来了。如果这样做能使你过的开心点、一帆风顺些，我愿意成全。”语毕，他闭上眼，脸上平静无波。叶明月见状，持刀的手放下来，没过多久又举起来，这样的举动反反复复不停地上演，却迟迟不见那刀锋真落在他身上。叶明月睁大眼睛盯着他这与世无争似的表现，视线又开始模糊了。

叶明月看到了一个小男孩。那小男孩看起来约莫四、五岁，身上穿着一鲜黄色的上衣，下半身则穿着深蓝色牛仔裤，双腿交叉盘着坐在地上，手里不停地拨弄着什么。叶明月往前跨进一步，只见那小小身影在勤奋努力地堆着积木，再加上红不隆冬的双颊看起来十分地可爱… 也十分地眼熟。许是察觉她的注视，那小男孩抬起头来冲着她的方向微笑，那笑脸很灿烂，那熟悉感越来越浓烈。他举起手示意她过去。直觉地，她也回以一记很浅很浅的笑。她看见那小男孩张嘴说了些什么，可是她却听不真切，只能瞧见那两片薄唇张了又合。叶明月又开始迈开步伐，欲想上前听得仔细些，却看见一个小女孩从她所站着的位置慢慢步向那小男孩。

那小女孩看起来只比那小男孩没大几岁，头发随意绑成一束马尾，说是随意是因为好几撮头发并没有被绑起来，也有好几丝头发翘翘的。她身上穿着一件有点脱色、土灰色的连身裙。细看之下，小男孩和小女孩的轮廓极相似。小女孩走到小男孩的面前便停了，那小男孩维持灿烂的笑脸看着小女孩。意识到刚刚那小男孩的笑脸不是给她的叶明月正纳闷着这些似曾相识的画面，耳边便传来小男孩和小女孩的对话。

“姐姐！”小男孩愉快地唤着小女孩。

“做什么？”语气甚是冷淡。

“我们一起来堆积木！”小女孩冷淡的言行举止显然并没有让小男孩打退堂鼓，小男孩维持一样愉快轻松的语气邀请小女孩一起加入他堆积木的活动。

“… 不要。她说我不能和你一起玩。她说我不能靠你太近，会害到你。”小女孩说完，作势便要离开小男孩身边。

小男孩眼明手快拽住小女孩的裙子下摆，成功止住小女孩要离去的举动， 并嘟起嘴，说道：“不用紧，是我要你和我玩的，妈妈不会怪你的。不要走，和我一起玩。”

“我说了我不要… ”在两个小孩拉拉扯扯之际，突传来一记尖锐的叫声。

“你们在做什么！放开他！放开晓晨！”一名约是三十左右岁数的女人气急败坏地跑到两个小孩的面前，不由分说地便拉着小女孩的手，硬是要那小女孩把手扯离那小男孩。

“妈妈。不要怪姐姐，是我拉她陪我玩的！不是姐姐的错！”小男孩急急向那妇人解释。

“嘘嘘… 晓夜，我知道是她硬拉着你的，你不需要跟妈妈撒谎，妈妈不会怪你的。”那妇女在面对着小男孩时是一副慈母相，温柔地对待。

“是小弟要我陪他玩的。我正要走开，母亲… ”小女孩怯怯地解释，小手揪着妇女的上衣下摆。

岂料，妇女听到那声叫唤，急转过身，刚刚面对小男孩温和的表情转眼间烟消云散，举起右手毫不留情地刮向小女孩的左颊，尖声道：“不要喊我！我不是你母亲！跟你扯上关系是会害死我的！你已经害死志佑了！当年就是你害死他的，你怎么不死！你怎么不死！”妇女厉声问着，右手食指直指着小女孩的鼻头，两眼暴凸，看起来和个母夜叉没两样。

小女孩拽着妇女衣服的手放开了,改捂着稍稍肿起的左颊，轻声颤道：“爸爸不是我害的，爸爸是被车… ”

“要不是你、要不是你冲到马路上，晓夜他爸也不会被车撞死！你这扫把星！”那妇女又举起左手往小女孩完好的右颊刮去。“你害死志佑不够，还要害死他唯一的儿子吗！我是迫于无奈才没有把你丢到孤儿院，你不要在和晓夜接触！”

小女孩恨恨地瞪着那妇女，接着恨恨地瞪了小男孩一眼。然后，她背脊挺地直直的，转过身离开了。小男孩见状，低喊了声：“姐… ”小男孩眼里是伤心，是惊吓，是内疚，即使不完全明白她们的对话，却也明白是自己间接害得姐姐挨打又挨骂。

小男孩内疚的脸和眼前合上眼的脸孔重叠了。

是啊！从小人人就拿她和他比较。一个名为叶明月，另一个名为叶晓晨。讽刺的是，性格生得果然名副其实。晓晨之名，是有破晓、清晨的含义，是以要晓晨能像朝阳般明亮、灿烂，并且愉快地渡过此生。叶晓晨也真生长得如此，自小就是个发光体，走到哪里都是众人眼里追随的焦点，深得家长亲戚好友的喜爱，人人见着也自想要抱来逗弄一番。

明月虽有着能够在夜里照亮黑暗的意思，可却也得依附太阳才能够发亮，若没了太阳，月亮是不会发光的。即使在她的生日派对，主角应是她，可大家围绕着的最终却不是她。全场的焦距只有在吹蜡烛、唱生日歌时才会稍稍转回来到她身上，而后又不会有人注意到她了。

“那小寿星真的是晓晨的姐姐么？”就在爸爸还没不幸丧命那年的前一年，叶明月六岁的生日派对上在卫生间里听到这句对白，原要打开厕门的小手一顿，旋身坐回马桶盖上竖耳细听。

“是啊！看不出来吧？明明弟弟多么地活泼可爱，可是姐姐却阴暗、沉默得紧。要不是知晓他们是姐弟，我还道他们互不相识哩。”另一名路人乙答道。

“哈哈！对呢。不过怎么会互不相识呢，会在这派对上想也是认识的吧。”路人甲疑道。

“你想想吧，那小女孩总是站在角落旁，动也不动的，也不主动和人对话。我还以为那是墙壁壁纸的一部分嘞！哈哈哈！”接着便传来两人的讪笑声。叶晓晨年仅六岁，虽然不完全明白那两人话语里全部的意思，但也明白两人在道她长短。两手紧紧扭绞着，随即自马桶站起，猛然打开前面的那道门。她在那两个看见她后一副极心虚又错愕的表情下走出了那间女厕。

那时，她走回人群聚集的场所，本想直接找张椅子坐下闭目养神的，可还没找着就被人抱了起来。

“小明月，为什么脸臭臭的啊？今天是小寿星呢！我们的小明月又长了一岁呀！”抱起她的人笑地眼儿弯弯的，爱怜地抚着她的发。叶明月并无答话，只是双手抱着爸爸的颈项，看着在另一处即使睡着了还是被人群围着的弟弟。

原以为即使全部的人不喜欢她，可是还有爸爸宠着她，她也心满足。她不介意被拿作比较，不介意没人记起他的存在。但她的小小世界在爸爸护住她避免被酒醉驾车的货车司机撞死时就彻底地崩溃了。从此，她的人生跌入了万丈深渊。

今年，叶明月十八岁，在一夜里听到那养育她这些年的女人竟接受了隔壁一个年岁大她四十、能够做她父亲的聘金，有意把她廉价卖掉。只为了五千块啊！她的命竟然那么的不值钱。那男人总是不停地在咳嗽，夜里好几次都被那声声的咳嗽声吵醒。而她母亲，她的亲生母亲要把她嫁给这样性命垂危、甚至随时可能两脚一伸就归天的人！好个血浓于水啊！即使她母亲不说，她也知道那些钱，就是希望能够帮忙补贴供眼前这人的大学学费的！

曾经，她也想上大学，苦苦哀求母亲供她上大学而却惨遭一番毒打，兼被罚免吃三餐。为什么！为什么！思及此，叶明月眼里杀意又起。这时，叶晓晨又张开眼来凝视着她，说道：“姐姐，我不会怪你的。姐姐心里的痛我自是了解。太阳与明月本就是两个个体，要你牺牲掉自己为了我，对你是何等的不公。”说完，又对她扬起了温暖的笑脸。

叶明月把心一横，举起右手，紧握着刀猛然砍下，却在千钧一发之际，方向转了开来，便往自己身上插去！叶晓晨见状，欲要阻止，可是慢了一步，眼睁睁看着刀柄没入叶明月的心窝。

“姐姐！”叶晓晨惊叫。

“姐姐！姐姐！姐姐！”愉悦的声音一直唤着她。叶晓晨无论被母亲如何地制止靠近她，可是只要在他们母亲没看见时总会冲上前粘着她。即使好几次被母亲关在暗房里面壁思过，叶晓晨也会私下偷偷来陪她。即使多少人遗忘了她，叶晓晨总是记着他姐姐。

就在刀柄落下要刺到叶晓晨时，映入眼前的是叶晓晨的笑脸，愉悦地冲着她唤着“姐姐”。她真下不了手，可也不想如此渡过余生。

“弟弟、晓晨。是姐姐自私，不要怪姐姐。保重。”而后缓缓闭上双眼。

月亮只能盼着太阳的光而存在着的，没了月亮，太阳依旧发光，可没了太阳，月亮也不能独自生存的。这是叶明月最后盘旋在脑里的想法。

Anyway, that thing was HUGE. Not in the giant troll-kind of huge, but just, generally ancient looking as compared to others, then again, those things are ancient.

I froze in my seat. Blinked to ensure that that thing is really there, blinked again to make sure that it IS still there (and not crawling around, and most importantly, not towards ME). That thing was so still, I’m actually suspecting is it some fake plastic thing my colleagues left around to scare someone else but forgot to bring it back. I knew it’s not when I saw the whiskers moving (a little bit).

I immediately got up and told the other colleague about the existence of this hideous little thing (hoping that she’ll do something about it) and she did. She called one of colleagues whether he’s scared of cockroaches (there are guys who are) and told him to come down to kill it if he’s not. So down he comes (my office is 3 storeys high) with a rolled magazine in his hand.

I stood 5 steps away from the war area to ensure my own safety and watched as he approaches that thing slowly.

And that thing died, flatter than it’s already was.

I think it might be because I’m surrounded by people who normally freaks out when they saw this thing (including myself, but at least I don’t shriek), so I never actually saw people used the simplest, straightforward method to kill a cockroach before. I was amazed and disgusted at the same time.

I walked forward and take a look at the mess. There are white component thingies on it, and maybe some juices. I couldn’t bear to stare too closely, cuz it’s frigging damn gross. It’s either the because the guy hit so hard, the paper came off on the thing, or because the cockroach eats paper? Weird.

I relate the whole process to Oi, and she told me she had to chase after the ancient thing with newspaper before, to do the same thing my colleague did and failing for a few times (cuz she’s scared and strengthless at the same time I think). I’m quite amazed at her action (she called me in the middle of the night before, when I’m preparing to go to sleep, to tell me of that thing in her room and panicking around while I, 100km away from her, safely lying in my bed listening to her panicked and trying, but failed, to console her insincerely ). I didn’t know she had a history like this, so I’m really starting to view her in a different light, because I could never do something like this (maybe cuz I tend to call whoever’s in the house to help instead).

That’s why I’ve decided. My list of top 10 inventions of the world :

Sigh, the time when I was small, skinny and innocent.

Not sure if you guys have heard of this team or not, I didn’t even know this group existed at first. I first knew of them through the yahoo news when they were bashed continuously after they performed SNSD’s “Hoot” on the Taiwan’s Golden Bell award ceremony this year (I think).

Find this picture strangely familiar? Yup, they were made to be a group that greatly resembles the greatly sought after SNSD band. If you’re going to tell me this picture is too damn small, you can’t take a good look at their faces. I’m gonna reply you, “neither can I.” This is actually the BIGGEST picture I can find of them online, and even till now I don’t even know how each and one of them looks like.

Truthfully, I wasn’t and will not be a SNSD fan, I’m seldom a fan of any female group anyway unless they’re really good in singing (like S.H.E and even then I’m not a fan of S.H.E, I only go after their songs haha). But SNSD songs were really not bad, they normally have songs that are very catchy, which is also one of the reason why they sprung to famous and high popularity within a short time. This Super 7 group, release a album with their so-called hit song called, “麦罗嗦”, which I can’t tell is their hit song until they told me. I have to strain my ears to actually know that that’s a song sung in Chinese haha.

See for yourself if it’s good or not haha. Even through the MV, I can’t see their faces clearly. I can’t really find the official one, but this is the top of the search list, so I’m presuming that this is the official one, and the definition of this MV is like LD (Low Definition).

It’s pretty amazing to see the dislike bar being so long with that many views haha.

Oh, and one more article from the allkpop.com where they criticized SNSD for being ‘plastic’ and then moved on to say that they view SNSD as a role model (the kind that stabs a person and then moved on to call a ambulance for that person). Their selling point is that they are “natural beauties”(which I really can’t tell, unless guys find them pretty, since girls and guys have different view points, then I have nothing to say haha) and natural “C Cups” (is that even an important point?).

If there is a boy band that resembles Big Bang and come out saying this kind of thing, I’d write a 1000 word post bashing them like hell man.

Forgot to mention that, their choreography looks sucky too. And after the blasting of the “mai luo suo” chorus, I can’t hear anything else.

I’m officially declared a faithful member of the club, “Does-not-understand-english-films-without-subtitles Club”. Through the 2 hours of the show, I have to use all of my concentration and all my focus into my ears. Still, I lost the show half-way through. It’s been a very long time since I’ve actually watched a English film without subtitles, I rely a lot on subtitles. A LOT. Because I can’t really understand English accents, English that are spoken out by westerners, unless they deliberately speak slower and clearer. But you know that doesn’t happen in movies. Sometimes they could just combine two words together and make them into 1, the skill of Jay Zhou.

And talking about him, I could only get his album next friday! Argh, FRUSTRATING!!!

Chinese movies are okay, I can very well do without subtitles unless if it’s included with the Chinese accent, like how most people from China speaks. I saw a clip before by this China boy who came to Singapore to study who filmed a video of him speaking in this weird Chinese accent that kept scolding Singaporeans, 90% of the time I couldn’t register what he’s saying. But if not, I’m generally okay with Chinese movies.

Anyway, back to the point.

Shaw theatre is not bad, the seat was adjusted upright, so it reduces the chance of (me) sleeping throughout the show. If it had been the cathay in AMK, I might have fallen asleep like 20 minutes into the show. Oh, and it’s because of this theater that I’ve realised how LOUD AMK Cathay theater was. Real Steel was real loud.

The show was okay. There were funny parts happening now and then which made me burst out laughing (even though I could not understand the english half of the time, but the jokes were comprehensible). I’m aware that I lost a lot of jokes though, because I couldn’t get those crucial words right, so even though I knew it should be a funny thing, I wasn’t laughing, and I didn’t hear much laughter going on around me at that time, so I’m taking it that most of the people were in the same situation as I am haha.

The only point I got throughout the show was the poor and the rich thing. Like the rich (or authorities) covering up the truth of how serious the poverty of that little island really was(with the little kids scavenging around rubbish) and requested that Johnny Depp focus on reporting on the good things of the island just so to attract tourism and stuffs, and that’s provided I didn’t get the whole conversation wrong, I think it should be like this haha. I’m always kinda sensitive / curious to this kind of topic so it kinda caught my attention.

There are a few parts that I still don’t get it though, but since I’ve already gotten the general plot, I guess it’s not that important after all. The funny parts were very random though, because I don’t really understand why they’d happened.

Sigh. Most of the time I was really concentrating on looking at Johnny Depp’s face (I really didn’t want to). This is the first show that I’m seeing him on screen whereby he isn’t dressed up as a pirate. If not for Oi Shan, who I think have showed me pictures of him beardless before, I wouldn’t even know this is Johnny Depp when I saw the zoomed in face on the poster.

Don’t think I’d watch this show again, think not even with subtitles. I might like this more if I’ve watched this with subtitles from the start. Unless Nicholas Tse is acting in this show, I could stare dreamily at his face non-stop for 2 hours.

Well, it was fun hanging out with er, LEOs again. I guess maybe 3-4 years down the road, we might actually find ourselves chilling in pubs and talk about how suck life / word is. Haha. I kinda look forward to those days though xD.

My colleague was telling me that this show is a bit touching (oh gosh, I naturally typed bitch when I only wanted to type bit). I guess I went there, kinda expecting that it’s gonna be a touching ending, and mentally prepared that the robot is gonna kinda die / be crashed in the end. I prepared myself for whatever all sorts of sad scenarios coming up, well, in the end, nothing happened.

The show is not bad. Of course, not the type that’s super ultra high graphics kind like transformers, well, the robots looked real too (the westerners are good at this kind of thing). But, the storyline is good. And I fell in love with Dakota Goyo (the small boy in the show). By the way, I’m not a pedophile, in case you all took me the wrong way. The little boy is soooooooo cute in the show, and even though he’s still young, you can kinda see how great his body would turn out when he grows older (again, I’m really not a pedophile).

The movie, is very noisy though. Then again, a lot of movies are noisy when it’s being played in the theaters (which is why I don’t watch horror movies, I’d end up having a heart attack blow inside. Or if I didn’t had a heart problem, I might develop one once I watched a horror movie in theaters). I think it’s kinda a “high” movies. Especially when the robots are fighting, you’d kind of get the hype and wanna to stand up and start shouting words of encouragement for the robot (on the hero’s side duh).

I kinda get misled by the trailers, though that the robot had feelings. After watching the movie, I’m still not confirmed whether or not the machine had feelings, they kinda give you the feeling that the robot had feelings, but most of the part shows otherwise though. Well, if there is a sequel, I think I’d go watch it.

Oh, one part I really like about the movie is that, there isn’t sore losers in the show. You know those typical movies where triad-like characters in the shows always end up beating the good guys or doing some dirty moves behind after the good guys win a fight / tournament / whatever. There are a couple of scenes where there are a few characters with the likes of sore losers who lost the fights, but they still swallowed it and gave the prizes to the winners (surprisingly).

The movies are getting off the theaters soon. If you still have the time to, you can consider watching it, I think it’s great.
